Shipping Policy
1. SAME DAY DISPATCH
Our website displays whether a product is stocked or not, and this information is live 24hrs a day. If you see that it says we have 2 in stock, there are two of them in our Sydney premises right now waiting for sale. No dropshipping, no third parties, no multiple warehouses to swap between.
If we receive your order by 12pm (Australian Eastern Time), and the products are in stock, we guarantee they will be sent later that day.
For orders that include items we need to backorder from suppliers - for example custom built shock absorbers or fork cartridge kits - we offer you a choice via a dropdown option in your shopping cart:
- I want my items ASAP. Ship what you have in stock now.
- Send my entire order when the backorder item(s) arrive.
So you choose whether to save cost by sending in one go, or whether you need those stocked parts right away and shipped separately. We try to give you an idea of how long that supplier's parts usually take to arrive, but it's just a guide.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Due to the vastness of Australia, the local shipping tables are complex. The amounts that are added to your order when the correct shipping is applied is the maximum price that you will be charged. We operate from Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. We ship with several companies, meaning tracking, overnight deliveries, and other options are available for one but not another, definitions of "remote locations" differ, price bands for weight are different, and so on. If you are concerned about the cheapest possible price, quickest possible delivery or any other special requirements, please contact us first to discuss possible options for your order.
All domestic orders receive tracking information, sent via email once the order is ready to leave our warehouse.
Domestically we ship via:
- Australia Post - Standard Parcel
- Australia Post - Express Parcel
- TNT Air Express - Overnight Express - Business address only
- TNT Express - Road Express - Business address only
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via Australia Post Airmail Express to most countries. If you are having a problem with your international order and believe there is a miscalculation in your shipping cost, please contact us.
Alternatively we can ship internationally via DHL. DHL is the safest international shipping method we offer and should be used if you have little faith in your local postal system, or require your items quickly.
Please note that some countries charge a value added tax (commonly known as VAT or GST), import duties and/or customs duties. These fees are not charged by us and are not our responsibility. Please do not contact us if you have been charged any of the above fees, they are out of our control. Rather, you may get in contact with your local government if you believe you have been charged unfairly.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on where you are and the freight method you choose. Please note, once the parcel is in the courier's hand we have no control over it and any delays are not our responsibility. Extreme weather conditions and large scale events can cause a delay in shipments.
All times estimated here are subject to delays, especially around the December holiday period.

- Australia Post - Airmail Express - 5-20 Business Days
5. ORDER TRACKING
When your order is dispatched an invoice and tracking details will be sent to you via email. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and track the order there. It can take up to 24hrs from dispatch for the tracking information to become visible on the website. Please contact us if you have any issues.
6. SENDING YOUR SUSPENSION & MOTORCYCLE PARTS TO US
Before sending us your suspension, please ensure it is clean and fully intact. Pressure wash the forks and/or rear shock thoroughly before removal — excess dirt adds shipping weight and extra cleaning time, which increases your service cost unnecessarily.
Preparing Your Suspension
Send the complete suspension assemblies:
- Front forks: Remove the front wheel, brakes, axle, and any speed sensors. Slide the fork tubes out from the triple clamps and send both complete fork legs.
- Rear shock: Do NOT disconnect any oil lines from remote reservoirs. Unbolt the shock from the swingarm and frame, and remove any attached components or reservoirs as a single unit. Send the entire pressurised shock assembly with hoses intact.
Use Our Suspension Shipping Box (SSB)
We offer a purpose-built shipping service to make the process easy and safe to sent to our workshop. For $95 (incl. GST), we’ll send you an empty Suspension Shipping Box, which includes:
- Sturdy, lightweight cardboard packaging for a set of forks and a shock
- Pre-paid return label
- Australia-wide coverage (standard post)
Just pack your suspension inside, attach the return label, and drop it off at your local post office. We'll receive it, complete the service, and send it back in the same box — all shipping covered in one flat rate.
Important Notes
If your suspension is leaking oil, let us know before sending it. We'll advise you on how to safely drain the units to prevent damage or soggy packaging during transit.
