Teknik eX-CELLENT Fork Cartridge Kit

These premium performance closed fork cartridges were initially designed for the tarmac tearing road & race S1000RR, but have been modified to suit BMW's other sport & touring derivatives too. Designed to replace the stock ESA electronic damping control sets, they are completely plug & play, with no loss of features or weird error messages on the screen - fitting into the existing pair of fork legs without modifications.

With increased compression & rebound adjustability settings over standard plus manual spring preload tuning, they are available in multiple spring rates to suit all rider weights. They have the largest valving pistons of any aftermarket manufacturer - 35mm in diameter - providing high oil flow & stable behaviour at any temperature or viscosity, plus an internal bore large enough to fit the advanced electrical adjusters.

Every cartridge tube set features top out springs to control wobbles, a hydraulic damper bottoming stop, plus a de-aeration screw on each top cover cap to remove excess foam & air. They are fully rebuildable & easily opened, providing easy servicing & tuning for each application.
