Kashima coating is a low friction proprietary anodizing process developed by the Miyaki Company of Japan. Components are infused with Molybdenum Disulphide - lubricating themselves when worn & preventing further wear. The extreme lubrication stops alloy bores galling meaning Kashima coated components have a longer lifespan - but it also gives the most accurate & consistently smooth damping possible because of its super fast response. These premium coats are only microns thick but provide improved performance and save money in the long run.

Warranty covers defect in material and workmanship in the KYB product. KYBs sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is limited to the exchange/replacement of a defective KYB product in accordance with this limited warranty. There is no warranty on vehicles used in competition or used in a competition like manner.
