Fork and Shock Lowering kit designed to lower your WP Xplor EXC Suspension 

Fits: EXC/EXC-F/XC-W/XCF-W 2017 – 2023 models

The Krooz Racing Lowering Kit is designed to be installed with the suspension completely stripped apart. E.g. during a complete suspension service. This install should only be undertaken by a qualified suspension tech or mechanic with knowledge and confidence in general fork and shock rebuilding and suspension part fitment.

Forks are lowered via the acedal spacers installed on the rebound rods.  Shorter spring seats are suplied to keep spring preload the same as oem spec.

Shock is lowered via a custom machined base plate installed via shock service / build procedure.  

 

Manufactured and CNC machined here in Australia to include 4 variants designed to lower your WP Xplor Suspension in either 20, 30, 40 or 50mm. 

KroozR fork kit is made from billet alloy and matched with Acedal fork De-strokers. The Shock Base plate is machined from billet steel just like the OEM unit to retain factory function.  

This lowering kit is finished in all black to result in a factory look finish inside your forks and shock.

  • 1 x Shock De-stroker base plate

KroozR fork de-stroker kit simply installs on the Rebound/Damper rods against the original ‘top-outÂ’ spring to professionally lower the fork.  The krooztune engineered billet alloy spring seats are then required to replace the oem seats to keep fork spring preload to spec.

Lowering the shock absorber is achieved using our CNC billet steel base plate, completely replacing the OEM unit and retaining original function whilst being lower.

The result is a bike that is professionally lowered and balanced just like the OEM stock bike, but with a lower seat height.

This kit will not fit the XC/XC-F models.  Although they have Xplor forks it is matched to a WP Xact linkage style shock. KroozR kits for these are available here:
