The Lainer WP shock nitrogen charging tool is built for charging and setting nitrogen pressure during WP shock servicing and rebuilds. This 2023 COMPLETE kit is intended to support controlled gas filling for modern WP shock systems. It’s designed to suit workshop use where repeatable, accurate pressure setup matters.

Inside the System

This is a portable nitrogen charging system for WP shock absorbers, including WP TRAX and WP XACT 2023. Aluminium jaws are used to grip on the side of the original piggyback, and a pressure chamber system is used to introduce nitrogen into the shock. A knob is used to close the M5 bolt at the end of the process.

Setup & Workshop Notes

Use this tool when a shock requires nitrogen charging as part of a service, rebuild, or pressure correction. It should not be used as a substitute for diagnosing mechanical issues inside the shock, or where the shock is not being serviced and the gas system does not require adjustment. Ensure the tool is correctly seated on the piggyback and the closure mechanism is secured before completing the fill process.
