If your motorbike has modern "Separate Function Forks", you probably have a comp adjustment clicker on one top cap & reb on the other, but many adjustable designs use compression damping adjusters on both caps. Inner Chamber Springs sit between the top cap and the floating piston and set the initial fork plushness — changing the ICS rate makes the forks softer or firmer at the beginning of the stroke.
