Motorcycle Fork Sealing Rubber O-Rings

Fork O-Rings

All rebuildable motorbike front forks & rear shock absorbers need some basic shared parts – fasteners, teflon lined shaft collars or acetal rod bushes, mid-speed valve springs and rubber o-rings to keep oil & gas pressure sealed. These fork o-rings are used across fork caps, pistons, cartridge cases and axle lugs and should be renewed at every rebuild. Common types include Top Cap O-Rings, Free Piston O-Rings, Compression Piston O-Rings and the small seals used on Air Bleed Screws, Cartridge Seal Cases, Cartridge Rod Oil Locks, Axle Feet and Rebound Adjuster assemblies.

  • Maintain oil and gas pressure seals for predictable damping
  • Replace small wear seals on caps, pistons, cartridge cases and adjusters
  • Essential service items for every fork rebuild or tune
  • Compatible with cartridge kits, emulsion valves and axle lug seals
