The "Fix" system has traditional hard mounted risers. The "FlexFix" system has brightly colour coded Soft / Medium / Hard thin rubber isolator cups under the mounts. The advanced Progressive Handlebar Dampening System (PHDS) also has three levels of stiffness via transparent elastomers, but dampens bars from vertical & horizontal vibrations independently.
