Before upgrades ensure your bike is properly maintained, running fresh oil and the correct clutch setup. Lower friction coatings give quicker, smoother damping and reduced seal stickiness.
DLC offers the highest durability; PVD gives colourful TiN/PVD finishes used by Ohlins for racing aesthetics.
Protects steel fork leg inner tubes and shock absorber damper rods from scratching, pitting and chemical attack.
