The Ohlins Road & Track Fork Seal Case is a high-precision replacement component engineered to resolve one of the most persistent fork issues — leakage from the seal case acting as a bleed path. We’ve redesigned and reinforced the seal case to retain oil more reliably and eliminate unwanted internal bypass. This upgrade yields a noticeable improvement in low-speed damping consistency and helps maintain the smooth, controlled feel your Ohlins forks are known for

Each unit ships complete with a bush pre-installed, simplifying installation and reducing rebuild time. 

  • Redesigned to reduce internal leakage and “bleed” past the seal case, helping preserve damping integrity 

  • Superior oil retention — keeps lubrication where it belongs rather than acting as a bypass port

  • Fits directly in Ohlins Road & Track cartridge assemblies — drop-in replacement (with bush included)

  • Supplied with integrated bush – no need to source that separately
