eX-Cite Electronic Shock Absorbers - Factory 40mm Lowered

Teknik eX-CITE (OEM 40mm Low)

Same length as BMW's "factory lowered" 40mm shorter height suspension.

With an increased damping adjustability range & quicker response speed, plus available in multiple spring rates to suit all rider weights, these performance shock absorbers are a substantial upgrade over stock ESA shocks, maximizing value for money to riders who spend most of their time on tarmac.

Designed to replace the entire standard electronically controlled damper assembly, they are completely plug & play, with no loss of advanced features or weird error messages on the screen - bolting to the factory mounts & plugging directly into the OEM electrical wiring loom.

Their high flow 46mm main valving pistons give consistency over all temperatures, an over-sized 16mm chrome-moly shaft gives strength, plus heavy duty stainless steel bushes give longevity. They feature a separation piston (IFP) where there is room available in longer dampers, aiding stability, or an emulsion design for shorter damping strokes where initial plushness is important. They are fully rebuildable; with the cold-forged 6082 aluminium shock body easily opened, providing easy servicing & tuning for each application.
