This is a complex kit to install - so we suggest professional fitment only

Kit uses 43.5 x 454mm fork springs (Eibach 967/968 or HiCalibre 19-195 or KYB 1100548) - please select the rate you require from the drop down.

The Kayaba Upgrade Kit improves the behaviour of the front fork through increased performance and feedback.
Maintains the flex of the original inner and outertubes that has been designed for KTM & Husqvarna frames.

The KYB feel combines perfectly with the KTM & Husqvarna character - giving it a very smooth feel - eliminating the harshness while building up a progressive damping profile toward the end of the stroke.

Springs
You should consult the suspension specialist fitting this kit for the correct spring rates for your weight / bike / ability / track / etc...

In general we recommend lighter springs for 2 stroke and smaller capacity engines and heavier springs for 4 stroke and large capacity engines.

With the above disclaimers in mind we have provided a rough guide below:
