Ducati DesertX – Complete Suspension Workshop Upgrade

Our complete suspension upgrade for the Ducati DesertX includes the following workshop services and components:

Installation of Teknik's dedicated Ducati DesertX Fork Upgrade Kit and Rear Shock Upgrade Kit.
Replacement rear shock spring matched to rider weight and intended use.
Complete strip, inspection and cleaning of the forks and rear shock.
Micropolishing of fork tubes and shock shaft.
New SKF fork oil seals and dust wipers.
Genuine KYB suspension oils: KYB 01M fork oil and KYB K2C rear shock oil.
Professional reassembly and suspension setup.
Fork and shock dyno testing to verify performance.

Fork springs are not included in the quoted price and may be required for riders over 110 kg.

Our revalve kits have been developed through extensive suspension testing to improve damping control, support and consistency across a range of riding conditions.

Additional Parts

The quoted price excludes replacement of worn or damaged consumables and components, such as suspension bushes, beyond those specifically listed above.

Any additional parts required will be charged at component cost only, with no additional labour charges for their installation as part of the scheduled suspension upgrade.

Motorcycle Removal & Refit: The quoted price covers suspension work only and does not include removal and refitting of the suspension to the motorcycle. This service is available for an additional $300 if required.
