The Lainer IMPACT16 is a complete rear shock absorber assembly designed and manufactured by Lainer Suspension Racing for the Beta X Trainer 250 and 300. It is supplied as a shock body (spring not included), allowing you to select the correct spring separately. This shock is intended for riders wanting a purpose-built replacement with adjustable damping controls.

Built For Real-World Suspension

A rear shock should be replaced when the existing unit is leaking, has inconsistent damping, or no longer responds correctly to adjustment. If your current shock is performing correctly and can be serviced, a rebuild may be the appropriate option rather than replacement. The IMPACT16 is a complete shock option where a full assembly is required.

• High quality Racing 5 synthetic oil
• Spring preload with ergal ring

Adjustment & Setup

• Rebound adjustment: 80 clicks
• High speed compression adjustment: 50 clicks
• Low speed compression adjustment: 30 clicks

Adjustment ranges are provided to support setup for rider weight, terrain and riding style. Record your baseline settings before changes and work methodically so you can return to a known setting if required.

Spring note: Price indicated is excluding spring. This shock uses the Beta RR spring, not the original X Trainer rear spring.
