The Lainer Suspension EPICA39 Works Fork is a complete front fork system for KTM, Husqvarna and GAS GAS 65 models from 2023 to 2025. This minibike-specific fork package is updated in materials and function, and is intended as a full front-end replacement rather than an internal modification. It includes key external components supplied as part of the kit.

Built For Real-World Suspension

As a complete fork assembly, this system suits riders and workshops looking to change the entire fork unit on compatible 65cc models. Replacement is appropriate when you want to move away from the standard fork assembly, or when existing forks are worn, damaged, or no longer delivering consistent damping due to age, contamination, or internal wear. It is not required for routine servicing where seals, oil, bushings, or valving service can restore function.

Inside the System

• Hard anodised coating on outer tubes
• Black DLC coating on inner tubes (39 mm diameter)
• Hydraulic system for end stroke
• Hydraulic aluminium pistons (23 mm) with low-friction piston band
• Aluminium rebound rod shaft (12 mm), hard anodised coated
• Aluminium CNC-machined lugs
• Aluminium CNC-machined clamps

Adjustment & Setup

• Compression adjustment: 50 clickers (each leg)
• Rebound adjustment: 30 clickers (each leg)

Use baseline settings appropriate to the rider and track, then adjust in small steps while keeping a record of changes. If correct behaviour cannot be achieved with reasonable adjustment, inspect tyres, chassis setup, and fork service condition before assuming a settings issue.
