WP 46mm PDS Shock DU Piston Bushing Conversion Kit

This piston-ring kit suits WP XPLOR PDS non-linkage shocks that use 46 mm pistons. It replaces the flexible plastic piston band with a hard metal split ring, improving sealing integrity and long-term durability. The upgrade reduces friction, prevents oil bypass, and maintains consistent damping under extreme off-road conditions. Ideal for workshop rebuilds or service of KTM EXC and other PDS-type models using the 46 mm shock.
