Aqua blasting also known as Vapor blasting, is a wet blasting process utilising glass media suspended in a high pressure water system. Where a fine finish is required on aluminium, alloys, steel and most other metals Aqua blasting/ Vapor Blasting is the perfect answer for sympathetically bringing parts and components back to an as new condition. Unlike shot blasting this process is non aggressive. It will gently clean the surface without damage to gasket faces etc, produces a bright satin finish which will handle without picking up finger marks and gently peens the surface so can help reduce porosity in castings and very easy to keep clean.
Rate is per hour of blasting.
