Fork Re-Valve Kit — Africa Twin

A complete re-valve solution for the Honda Africa Twin’s front forks — tuned, tested, and ready for real-world adventure. This kit includes everything needed to upgrade your fork’s damping performance:

  • Main piston kit

  • Base valve kit

  • Bottoming piston retainers (note: the OEM retainers are peened and must be sacrificed during disassembly)

The stock fork pistons are limited in tuning range, and the adjusters offer minimal fine control. This re-valve kit addresses those shortcomings: we’ve mapped the damping response on our suspension dyno, refined the mid and low-speed bleed, and optimised bottoming control. The result? Better road manners, sharper trail control, and more usable travel under load. 

This kit is ideal for:

  • Touring or adventure riders who switch load conditions (solo / luggage / passenger)

  • Tracks, dirt roads, or unpredictable terrain where damping consistency matters

  • Service centres and professional workshops seeking reliable fork builds
