KYB AOS Adjustable Spring Perch Set

The Teknik KYB AOS Adjustable Spring Perch Set is an OEM+ replacement for the original KYB spring seat, replacing the standard plastic component with a stronger and more versatile assembly.

Manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminium and 410 stainless steel, the Teknik design provides a durable replacement for damaged or failed original spring seats while adding useful spring preload and ride-height adjustment.

Adjustable spring position

The adjustable spring perch allows the spring position to be changed without machining additional locating grooves into the cartridge. Adjustment ranges from approximately +9mm preload to -11.5mm, allowing the fork setup to be altered to suit the rider and application.

The negative adjustment range also provides a straightforward option for reducing front ride height without permanently modifying the cartridge.
