Developed and tested by Teknik Motorsport in competition environments, this kit is intended for use where fork performance needs to be tuned accurately to suit rider preference and conditions. It is supplied as a direct-fit upgrade path for the specified KYB fork platform.

Inside the System

This is a fork re-valving kit focused on the compression side of the damping system. It provides selectable C-spec shim-stack configurations (C1, C2, C3) to support tailored tuning during a rebuild or revalve.

Adjustment & Setup

Shim-stack selection should be matched to rider weight, speed, terrain and desired feel. If your fork is already delivering the required compression behaviour and balance, a re-valve may not be necessary; instead, service oil, bushings and seals to restore baseline condition. Consider a re-valve when you cannot achieve the desired control and ride quality through normal adjustment and correct servicing.
