Enzo Racing 54mm bladder caps are available in a two capacities for 54mm bladder KYB rear shocks used on modern Yamaha YZF WRF and Kawasaki KX250 models. 2018 on YZ-F shocks use a larger bladder volume to reduce internal pressure rise during operation. While this can reduce peak pressure, it also softens the progressive spring effect created by the nitrogen chamber. By reducing the gas volume, the Enzo caps increase the end-stroke resistance of the shock and better support the suspension under aggressive riding conditions. Also offered in standard capacity.

Why Choose Enzo 54mm Bladder Caps?

Changes introduced to the Yamaha linkage and shock architecture from 2018 onward increased rear suspension leverage while shortening shock stroke. The standard configuration uses a larger gas chamber which reduces pressure rise but can also reduce progression near the end of the stroke. Enzo’s reduced-volume bladder caps restore some of this progression, improving bottoming resistance and overall balance between linkage motion and damper behaviour.
