A specially designed kit to improve Showa SFF-Air TAC Forks. The kit upgrades the internal cartridges in order to mount newly developed low-friction piston & cartridge seals and fits both Honda and Kawasaki / Suzuki Showa SFF TAC Fork variants.
The new SKF seals are NOT compatible with the Showa OEM parts so you need to buy the full kit initially but you can then buy the Piston and Cartridge Seals separately for servicing and maintenance.

This upgrade kit has been extensively tested by both SKF and a few selected test riders and has always received positive feedback. There is significantly less friction which allows the fork to react much better to quicker and smaller bumps.

In the case of some heavy riders the damper may need to be re-valved to increase its breaking capacity. 

The InnTeck kit works on both sides of Showa's Separate Function Forks; including a cartridge seal to update the Oil Damper side of the forks. You get the following items:

  • One Universal Air Divider Piston Body
  • One Air Divider Piston Cap & Plastic Plug (only used if installed on the Suzuki/Kawasaki SFF TAC forks)
  • One SKF Piston Seal Package containing Two SKF Air Divider Piston Seals (available separately for later maintenance)
  • One Air Cartridge Rod Seal Head Assembly (suitable for 2015 & 2016 Showa model years)
  • One Oil Damper Rod Seal Head Assembly
  • One SKF Cartridge Seal Package containing Two SKF Dynamic Cartridge Seals (available separately for later maintenance)
  • One Pack Assorted Spare O-Rings
  • One USB Key containing this document & instructional videos
