The Ohlins HD205 STX 36 Twin shock kit is a rear suspension upgrade designed for Harley-Davidson Softail models running twin rear shocks. Built around Ohlins’ proven damping architecture, it focuses on stable chassis behaviour and consistent control across changing road conditions. This unit uses a separated oil and gas design to help maintain damping consistency under heat and repeated movement.

Shock design & features

Tuning controls

Adjustment is provided for rebound damping, allowing you to tailor how quickly the rear suspension returns after compression. Spring preload adjustment is also provided so you can set ride height and sag to suit rider weight and loading.
