The Ohlins TTX Flow DV rear shock is engineered for the Suzuki RM-Z 250 where consistent damping control and clear feedback matter. Built around Ohlins’ twin-tube damping architecture, it is designed to maintain stability and traction as track conditions change. This unit is supplied without a spring, allowing the spring rate to be selected to suit the rider and application.

TTX Flow DV is Ohlins’ approach to delivering repeatable damping behaviour and a planted feel through a wide range of inputs. The design is intended to keep the rear of the bike composed under acceleration, braking and cornering loads, helping the chassis stay balanced and predictable.

Tuning controls

  • Spring not supplied; select and fit the correct spring series as noted for this application
  • Confirm fitment for the Suzuki RM-Z 250 rear shock position prior to installation
  • Use the recommended Ohlins shock oil where servicing is required

Serviceability/lifecycle

As a rebuildable Ohlins unit, the shock is designed to be serviced with fresh oil and seals to keep damping performance consistent over time. Regular servicing intervals should be based on hours of use and riding conditions, especially in motocross and enduro environments.
