The Ohlins SU468 is a TTX GP rear shock absorber engineered for Suzuki GSX-R 1000 and GSX-R 1000R fitments. Built around Ohlins’ TTX architecture, it focuses on consistent damping behaviour and clear chassis feedback under demanding use. This is a gas-pressurised, oil/gas separated design intended for precise, repeatable tuning.

TTX GP shocks are developed from Ohlins’ racing suspension program, with an emphasis on stability, traction and predictable response. The SU468 is designed to support structured trackside tuning while maintaining control through long sessions.

Suited to riders chasing a higher level of adjustability and support than a typical road-focused shock. Ideal for track riding and riders who want clear, consistent feedback when pushing hard under braking and on corner exit.

Shock design & features

This shock uses a twin-tube (TTX) layout and is gas-pressurised with oil/gas separation to help maintain damping consistency under heat. The design aims to keep the rear tyre loaded predictably and reduce damping fade during repeated hard use.

Tuning controls

The SU468 provides external damping adjustments for compression and rebound, along with ride height adjustment to help balance geometry. These controls allow you to tune grip, support and attitude to suit tyres, track conditions and riding style.

Before you install
