The Ohlins SU503 TTX RT rear shock is built to give the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 a more controlled, consistent rear end under hard use. It uses gas-pressurised damping to help maintain stability and damping consistency as conditions change. This unit is intended for riders who want a broader, more precise tuning window than a standard replacement shock.

Developed from Ohlins racing experience, this rear shock focuses on repeatable damping behaviour and clear chassis feedback. The aim is predictable traction and support through braking, turn-in and corner exit, without relying on vague “set and forget” settings.

Shock design & features
