The Teknik Motorsport Shock Seal Head Bullet Tool Kit is designed to assist with safe installation of motorcycle shock seal heads without damaging seals, bushes or shaft surfaces during assembly. These installation bullets help guide the seal head over shaft steps, threads and edges, reducing the risk of cutting delicate sealing lips or scratching internal guide bushes during shock rebuilding and servicing work.

Why Use Shock Seal Head Bullets?

Modern motorcycle shock absorbers use low-friction seals and precision guide bushes that can be easily damaged during assembly if the seal head is forced over shaft edges or threads without protection. Using the correct installation bullet helps reduce assembly damage, improves workshop consistency and lowers the risk of premature seal failure after servicing.

Unlike softer alloy or plastic alternatives, these bullets are manufactured from steel for improved durability and workshop longevity. The black oxide finish helps resist corrosion while also allowing the tools to stick to magnetic tool holders and workbenches.
