The TracTive X-PERIENCE fork cartridge kit for the CFMOTO 450 MT replaces the fork internals with a closed, pressurised cartridge architecture to deliver more consistent damping and better control across changing conditions. The design separates oil and gas to help reduce cavitation and keep response stable during sustained use. This kit also raises the front ride height, which can improve clearance and geometry for mixed-surface riding.

Design & features

This is a closed, pressurised cartridge system with separated oil and gas, intended to maintain consistent damping by limiting aeration and fade. The raised configuration is aimed at improving off-road capability while retaining stable on-road manners.

Tuning Controls

  • Electronic damping adjustment for changing damping behaviour to suit terrain and riding style.
  • Mechanical preload adjustment to set sag and manage ride height for rider weight and load.

Before You Install

  • Set sag using the mechanical preload adjuster before evaluating damping changes.
  • Confirm your bike’s electrical compatibility and routing requirements for the electronic damping components during installation.

Serviceability/Lifecycle

This cartridge kit is fully serviceable and intended to be maintained over its working life. Routine servicing by qualified technicians helps preserve damping consistency and allows performance to be refreshed as riding conditions and requirements change.

Teknik Motorsport Pty Ltd Warranty terms for TracTive products.

This TracTive product has been assembled with the utmost care and tested according to ISO9001:2015 Quality system. In the unlikely event that the product does not fulfill your expectations because of faulty materials or manufacturing errors, please contact us through your dealer.

Teknik Motorsport Pty Ltd warrants that if, within 24 months of the date of sale the product is found to be defective as a result of manufacturing errors or faulty components, the product will be repaired free of charge by us, or by a TracTive approved repairer at our discretion.

Warranty covers the direct service material cost, service labour cost ($80/hr AUD) and shipping costs of the service partner. Other costs will be regarded on a case by case basis by Teknik Motorsport and TracTive.

 When a claim is made under the warranty, the following conditions have to be met:

  • You must have read the instructions carefully before mounting the product in the vehicle or adjusting the product.
  • The product has to be installed and adjusted as described in the instructions
  • The product must have been maintained and serviced in accordance with the recommendations in the manual. If not described in the manual, the recommended service intervals for regular street use: every 30.000 km or max 2 years, whichever is earlier.
  • Warranty shall apply only when TracTive original parts, procedures and tools have been used to service and/or repair, and if service and repair is performed by designated TracTive partners.
  • The product may not have been neglected, improperly used, altered or subjected to excessive loads. Excluded from warranty are normal wear, damage and rust.
  • A sales receipt or other proof of purchase originally eminating from Teknik Motorsport Pty Ltd. No warranty will be given on TracTive or Touratech products not purchased from or through Teknik Motorsport pty ltd.
  • Excluded from warranty are in particular products which are used in vehicles that are intended or suitable for taking part in sporting events, or have actually been used this way.
  • Recommended service interval for Motorsport applications: every season, or every 50 hours, every 10.000km or after any perceived loss in performance.
