The Ohlins TTX30 shock absorber kit is intended for professional Crosskart and Crosskart Xtreme applications where stable, repeatable damping is required. It uses Ohlins TTX twin-tube architecture to support consistent behaviour through demanding use. Supplied as a pair, installation and setup will depend on the chassis configuration and selected components.

TTX is Ohlins’ competition-proven damping concept, developed to deliver predictable control when surfaces change quickly and the vehicle is driven hard. Correct installation, spring choice and baseline settings are essential to access the intended tuning range.

Shock design & features

This unit uses a TTX twin-tube damping layout rather than a conventional single-tube arrangement. The twin-tube design supports pressure balance and stable damping behaviour, helping maintain consistency across a broad tuning window when set up correctly.

Tuning controls

Compression and rebound damping are adjusted separately. Compression adjustment influences how the suspension resists bump forces and manages support under load, while rebound adjustment governs return speed after compression to control stability and tyre contact. These adjustments should be tuned together to suit surface, driving style and spring selection.

Before you install

Confirm compatibility with chassis mounting requirements and available travel before ordering.
Springs and end eyes are ordered separately; ensure selected components match the intended installation and setup plan.
