The Ohlins KA136 TTX RT rear shock is a purpose-built replacement unit for the Kawasaki ZX-14R. Built around Ohlins’ TTX twin-tube damping architecture, it is designed to deliver consistent control and clear feedback. It uses a separated gas/oil layout to help maintain damping stability during demanding use.

Shock design & features

This is an Ohlins TTX RT rear mono shock using the TTX twin-tube design. The gas and oil are separated to support consistent damping performance and reduce sensitivity to heat-related fade.

Tuning controls

Adjustment is provided for rebound damping and compression damping. This lets you balance support and comfort, tune traction feel, and adapt the rear response to your riding style and conditions.

Base setup (factory preset)

The shock is supplied with an Ohlins baseline setting as a starting point. Final setup should be confirmed on the bike to suit rider weight, tyres and intended use.

Confirm correct fitment for your Kawasaki ZX-14R and inspect linkage and mounting hardware condition before installation. After fitting, check sag and damping settings so the shock can work as intended.
