The Ohlins CF484 STX 46 Adventure rear shock is built to improve control and composure on the CF Moto 450MT across mixed surfaces. It’s designed for adventure and touring use where consistency and support matter over long distances. This unit provides external adjustment so you can tune feel and balance to suit load and terrain.

Shock design & features

This is a rear mono shock from the Ohlins STX 46 Adventure family. The internal architecture uses a separated oil and gas design to help maintain damping consistency under demanding conditions. Built for durability, it’s aimed at long service life in harsh environments.

Tuning controls

The CF484 includes external adjusters for trail-side tuning. It provides rebound damping adjustment and compression damping adjustment, along with spring preload adjustment to set ride height and support for different loads.

Before you install

Confirm fitment for CF Moto 450MT and check clearance with any accessories or luggage racks
Set sag with the fitted spring and adjust preload before fine-tuning damping
After installation, re-check fastener torque and inspect for interference through full suspension travel
