The Ohlins STX 46 Supersport rear shock for Yamaha YZF R1 is built around a modern monotube architecture aimed at consistent damping control and clear chassis feedback. Shock design & features

This is a rear mono shock using Ohlins STX 46 Supersport construction with a separated oil/gas layout. The internal architecture supports stable damping behaviour and is designed to be serviced and tuned as requirements change.

Tuning controls

External damping adjustments are provided for rebound and compression, allowing you to balance support, grip and ride control to suit tyres, pace and conditions. Spring preload adjustment is included to set sag correctly for rider load.
