The Ohlins YA1492 is a rear TTX 44 shock absorber designed for Yamaha YZ 125/250 2-stroke models. Built around Ohlins’ twin-tube damping concept, it’s intended to deliver consistent control and clear chassis feedback across changing track conditions. This unit is supplied without a spring, allowing spring selection to suit rider weight and use.

TTX architecture is focused on stable damping behaviour and repeatable adjustment changes. It’s a popular format in motocross and enduro where traction, braking support and mid-corner stability matter.
