Suzuki DR650SE – Stage 2 Suspension Workshop Upgrade

Our Stage 2 suspension package combines Teknik's developed fork upgrades with a new TracTive X-CITE rear shock, providing improved damping control, stability and adjustability for adventure and off-road riding.

This package is designed for riders wanting a significant suspension upgrade beyond the capabilities of the standard rear shock.

What's Included

Teknik Platinum Fork Valves – 25-050-11: Installation of our Platinum Valves to improve fork damping control.
Fork Springs: Replacement springs matched to rider weight, luggage and intended riding conditions.
TracTive X-CITE Rear Shock: New 46mm shock featuring a 16mm shaft and adjustable rebound damping, supplied with a spring matched to rider requirements.
Fork Service: Complete strip, inspection, cleaning and reassembly.
Fork Seals: New fork oil seals and dust seals included.
Suspension Dyno Testing: Verification of fork damping performance following the upgrade.

Optional TracTive X-PERIENCE Shock Upgrade

For riders wanting additional damping adjustability, upgrade to the TracTive X-PERIENCE Rear Shock – 46SU96-T4115-TR for an additional $545.60.

The X-PERIENCE features a remote reservoir with independently adjustable high- and low-speed compression damping, plus rebound adjustment.

Additional Parts & Installation

The quoted price includes replacement fork oil seals and dust seals. Other worn or damaged components, such as fork bushes, are excluded.

Any additional parts required will be charged at component cost only, with no additional labour charges for their installation during the scheduled suspension upgrade.

Motorcycle Removal & Refit: The quoted price covers suspension work only. Removal and refitting of the suspension to the motorcycle is available for an additional $200 if required.
