The Lainer Suspension Sachs Pro OC kit is an open-cartridge conversion kit for Beta RR models fitted with Sachs forks (2019–2024). It is intended to change the fork’s internal oil routing so adjustments are managed through the external clickers and shim stacks. This is a workshop-level upgrade for riders looking to rework damping behaviour and adjustability rather than a routine service item.

Inside the System

  • Compression base valves (Shims ID 6 included, using the OEM piston).
  • Two rebound holders with needle and piston (rebound and midvalve shims stacks included).
  • Steel and aluminium ring kit including O-Ring to close the stock holes in the cartridge tube.

Built For Real-World Suspension

By closing the stock holes in the cartridge tube (via the supplied ring kit), the fork’s oil flow is diverted through the adjusters and shim stacks. The kit is described as enabling complete external adjustment via the clickers: two compression adjusters on the bottom and two rebound adjusters on the top.

Compatibility

  • Beta RR 2019–2024 with Sachs forks
  • Application listed for Sachs forks: BETA RR 2020–2024

Setup & Workshop Notes

In order to mount the kit it’s necessary the specific wrench. This is not a consumable part: it is typically fitted when converting the fork’s internal configuration or during a full fork rebuild where internal valving changes are being made. It does not need replacement at routine oil/seal service intervals unless the fork is being converted again, reconfigured, or components are found to be damaged during disassembly.

Adjustment & Setup

Once installed as described, damping adjustment is intended to be handled externally through the fork clickers (compression at the bottom, rebound at the top). Final setup will depend on the shim stacks and internal configuration used during assembly.
