As with any valving change, results depend on overall setup, oil condition, and the condition of the fork’s wear parts.

Adjustment & Setup

This kit is used as part of an internal fork revalve/upgrade process rather than an external clicker-style adjustment. Fitment and final tune are determined by assembly, stack configuration and workshop setup practices. If the fork is already performing correctly and servicing intervals are current, a valving kit is not automatically required.

Setup & Workshop Notes

Install during a fork service or when addressing damping inconsistency, harshness over sharp bumps, or when a performance revalve is planned. Do not treat this kit as a substitute for routine maintenance: worn bushings, degraded oil, damaged internal parts or leaking seals should be corrected as part of normal servicing. Correct installation requires fork disassembly and suitable suspension tooling and experience.
