Information

The Ohlins DMX1214 is a rear shock unit from the TTX Flow DV family for selected KTM SX-F, XC-F, SX and XC models. It is built around a gas-pressurised damping design to help maintain consistent damping behaviour as conditions and temperatures change. This unit is intended for riders who want a wider, more controlled tuning window than standard components.

Ohlins off-road shocks are engineered for repeatable damping control and clear adjuster response. The DMX1214 is designed to support predictable traction and chassis stability across changing track or trail conditions.

Shock design & features

Rear mono shock configuration for KTM fitment listed.
Gas-pressurised damping system.
Independent damping circuits to separate key functions for more precise tuning.

Tuning controls

This shock provides external adjustments for rebound damping and compression damping. Compression is separated into low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment, allowing targeted changes to chassis attitude and bump absorption without relying on a single compromise setting.

Before you install

Spring is supplied separately; select a suitable spring before installation.
Notes indicate suitability for a 06310-series spring and that preload adjuster 15000-02 fits this shock.
This unit replaces DMX 0214.

Serviceability/lifecycle

As a performance shock, the DMX1214 is designed to be serviced and re-oiled as part of normal maintenance. Recommended Ohlins oil is listed as 01304-.

Is it right for you?

Choose this unit if you want a rear shock with gas-pressurised damping and independent rebound and compression control, including separate low-speed and high-speed compression adjustment. If you prefer a simpler setup with fewer external adjustments, a different configuration may be more suitable.
