The Ohlins RE407 STX 46 Adventure rear shock is built for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, aimed at improving control and consistency on mixed surfaces. This is a gas-separated design intended to maintain damping stability over longer, harsher rides.

Shock design & features

This is an STX 46 Adventure series rear mono shock with separated oil and gas to reduce fade and maintain consistent damping. The architecture supports repeatable performance across long distances and sustained rough-road use.

Tuning controls

External adjustability is provided for rebound damping and for spring preload, allowing you to tune ride feel and ride height balance for surface conditions and load changes.
