Get a rebuilt / revalved / dyno tested exchange shock FAST. Return tracked post bag included for your old shock.

We use our extensively tested valving, dyno tested and real world feedback to come up with a setting that vastly improves on the standard setup.

Every shock receives

  • Complete stip down plus clean and inspection.
  • Micro polish shaft. Replace shaft with a new item if shaft fails inspection.
  • Replace bumper.
  • Inspect bladder and cap.
  • Inspect seal case and replace if shock was leaking or visual wear.
  • Check piston band and replace O ring under band.
  • Reassemble main piston with our custom setting for adventure riding. (This setting works very well in a wide variety of applications from commuting to adventure riding. Allows the bike to be ridden aggressively offroad without being too stiff.)
  • Refill with fresh suspension fluid and regas with nitrogen.
  • Dyno test and record shock number to allocate to a customer for future reference.

New spring is NOT included - but new 20-039 series HiCalibre shock springs are available. We can calculate the right rate for your weight.

Mail your shock (without the spring) to Teknik for a 24-hour turn around - or get your shock ahead of time using our Core Exchange option - add part number 14-998-00 and for $220 (inc GST) we will ship you a rebuilt shock with a return post bag included! Return your used shock with the spring collar and spring seat (see photos above) and get your $200 back!!!
