How to Build Your Kit

The $0.99 price is for the empty box. From there, you add the components you want to fill and create your own custom DR650 suspension kit.

  • Choose only the parts you need — fork springs, shock upgrade kit, oil seals, dust seals, fork oil, or other service items.

  • Each selection adds to the box and updates your total price.

  • Build a simple upgrade or a complete transformation — it’s entirely up to you.

Notes on spring rates :

Rider weight is including your normal riding gear (helmet boots, water pack etc. usually around 5-10kgs)

Calculate loaded weight, luggage etc, for the riding you do MOST of the time. not the once a year trip. Check your sag numbers.

If you install our shock upgrade kit, consider going down one rate on the rear spring rate, the improved damping means the spring wont need to do as much work.
