Our kit is designed to improve suspension responsiveness and ensure consistent performance across diverse riding conditions.

You may have heard about our T700 setup, and now you can get it wherever you are in the world. You may be tempted to buy an aftermarket shock absorber but we think you'll be just as happy with the outcome after replacing the stock piston & valving at a fraction of the price.
We've spent years getting this kit just right through extensive testing both on the dyno and in the real world in harsh Australian conditions. Your bike will eat corrugations, whoops and erosion banks for brekky.

Our aim is simple yet crucial: to significantly enhance the performance and resilience of the rear shock absorber, empowering riders to tackle off-road terrain with confidence and ease. Add a 20-039 shock spring suited to your weight, and the difference will transform your bike!

We generally recommend the following spring rates (for more detailed rates, find your bike in the "Bike Fitment" Tab just above and type in your rider weight with gear):

  • Standard T7 - 6.95 kg/mm
  • 80kg rider - 7.5 kg/mm
  • 90kg rider - 8.0 kg/mm
  • 100kg rider - 8.5 kg/mm

This is not a DIY kit, there is no need to modify any of the included parts, however it is not a job for you if you've never serviced a shock absorber before. If you think you'd need more guidance than the instructions provided in the photo in the  listing please have a local suspension specialist fit them for you.

This kit includes the following parts:

  • A billet damping piston with a low friction graphite-filled endless band installed
  • Shim stacks developed especially for the Tenere 700
  • A pre-drilled rebound separator
