The Ohlins STX 46 Street rear shock for the BMW R 1150 RT is built for riders who want controlled, predictable damping on real roads. Tuning controls

Base setup (factory preset)

Supplied with an Ohlins baseline setting intended as a starting point for the BMW R 1150 RT. From there, rebound adjustment can be used to tailor the response to rider preference, luggage, and typical riding surfaces.

Before you install

  • Confirm fitment for your exact model and year of BMW R 1150 RT before installation
  • Inspect linkage and mounting hardware condition during installation, as worn components can mask suspension performance
  • After fitting, re-check fasteners and clearances once the suspension has been cycled through its travel
