Shock design & features

This rear mono shock uses Ohlins’ TTX twin-tube layout with oil and gas separated for consistent damping. The Flow DV concept is intended to provide controlled damping characteristics with improved feel through a wide range of shaft speeds, supporting traction and stability where it matters most.

Tuning controls

The shock provides external adjustment for rebound damping and compression damping. This allows you to tailor chassis attitude and rear-wheel control for braking bumps, corner exits, and overall balance without internal changes.

Before you install

Spring selection is required, as the shock is sold without a fitted spring. It is also noted as replacing DMX 0218, so confirming fitment against your current setup is recommended before installation. After fitment, set sag and baseline adjusters, then fine-tune compression and rebound to match conditions.

Serviceability/lifecycle
