The Ohlins STX 46 MX rear shock for KTM 85 SX is built around a pressurised, separated oil and gas design to help maintain damping consistency in demanding off-road conditions. It’s intended for riders who want clear feedback and controlled chassis movement across braking bumps, ruts and jump landings. Supplied without a spring, it’s designed to be matched with an appropriate rate during setup.

Developed from Ohlins motocross racing experience, this shock is aimed at delivering predictable control and repeatable damping behaviour. The STX architecture focuses on stability and feel when the pace increases and the track deteriorates.
