The Ohlins YA438 STX 46 Street is a rear shock absorber built to improve control and feedback on the Yamaha RD 500 LC in real-world road use. Developed from Ohlins race-derived damping know-how, it focuses on consistent response and predictable chassis behaviour. The design uses a gas-charged, oil/gas separated layout to help maintain damping stability during sustained riding.
