The Ohlins BM363 TTX GP rear shock is built for the BMW HP4 Race, using Ohlins’ TTX architecture developed for consistent damping control under demanding track use. It is a rear mono shock designed to deliver clear chassis feedback and stable behaviour through braking, corner entry and drive. This unit uses separated oil and gas damping to help maintain consistency as conditions and pace change.

TTX GP products are engineered around a twin-tube damping concept intended to keep damping characteristics consistent and predictable. The focus is on control and feel rather than harshness, with a setup that supports accurate tuning for track-focused riding.

Shock design & features

This is a gas-pressurised, oil/gas separated rear shock (not an emulsion design). The internal layout is aimed at maintaining damping stability and response during repeated high-load cycles. It is supplied with a standard-rate spring and is intended as a direct rear replacement for the application listed.

Tuning controls

The BM363 provides external adjustment for rebound damping and compression damping, allowing you to balance support and grip to suit tyres, track surface and riding style. Adjustment range is intended to make meaningful changes without needing internal revalving for common track conditions.

Notes for this application indicate that for bikes equipped with DDC, this shock should only be used with Ohlins front end products.
