Ohlins supplies this unit with a baseline setting intended to suit the standard fitment and typical street use. If you change load (luggage or passenger) or want a different feel, small adjustment changes can be used to tailor response while keeping the suspension working in its intended range.

Before you install

Confirm fitment for BMW F 800 S and F 800 ST and check the supplied spring is correct for your application. After installation, set sag and verify clearance through the full range of motion. If you change ride height using the length adjuster, re-check handling balance and stability.
