The Ohlins STX 46 Street rear shock for the Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa is built to deliver controlled, consistent damping on real roads. The design uses pressurised gas to help maintain damping consistency as temperatures and workloads change.

Base setup (factory preset)

This unit is supplied with an Ohlins-recommended base setup as a starting point. From there, compression, rebound and ride-height can be dialled in to suit your tyres, load and typical road surface.

Before you install

  • Confirm the application is for the Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa and rear mono position
  • Set sag and check free movement through the linkage range after installation
  • Make changes one at a time and record settings to keep tuning structured

Serviceability/lifecycle
