The Tractive eX-PERIENCE Shock for the BMW F 750 GS is a replacement rear shock built around a closed, pressurised damper design that helps maintain consistent damping over long rides. It uses an oil/gas separated layout rather than an emulsion design. This unit is a non-adjustable configuration.

Who is this for?

  • Riders who want a straightforward fit-and-ride rear shock with no external damping adjusters to set.
  • Touring and everyday road riders prioritising stable, consistent behaviour over a wide range of conditions.

Design & features

  • Closed, pressurised construction to support consistent damping performance as temperatures and conditions change.
  • Oil/gas separation piston design (not emulsion) to reduce aeration and help keep damping predictable.
  • Built as a complete rear shock assembly for the BMW F 750 GS application.

Tuning Controls

  • No external damping adjustments (non-adjustable).
  • No electronic adjustment features are indicated for this model.

Base Setup (factory preset)

This shock is supplied with a fixed damping calibration from the factory. With no adjusters present, the intended setup approach is to install the unit and verify overall ride balance through correct fitment and condition of the rest of the suspension system.

Before You Install

  • Confirm compatibility with your exact BMW F 750 GS variant and year before installation.
  • Inspect linkage bearings and mounting hardware condition during the swap, as worn components can mask shock performance.
  • Have installation carried out by a qualified technician if you’re not equipped to safely support the motorcycle and torque fasteners correctly.

Serviceability/Lifecycle

As a pressurised, oil/gas separated shock, periodic servicing helps maintain damping consistency over time. Service intervals depend on use conditions, mileage, and exposure to dirt and water.
