The Tractive X-CITE Shock for the Honda XL750 Transalp uses a closed, pressurised design to keep damping consistent and reduce cavitation under sustained use. This unit uses a separated oil/gas layout rather than an emulsion build, helping maintain oil control as temperatures and loads change. It is configured with rebound adjustment.

Design & features

  • Closed, pressurised shock construction for stable damping behaviour
  • Oil and gas are separated internally (not an emulsion shock)
  • Built as a complete replacement shock for the XL750 Transalp application

Tuning Controls

  • Rebound damping adjustment

Is It Right For You?

  • Riders who want rebound tuning to better match load, tyre choice, and riding conditions
  • Owners looking for the consistency benefits of a pressurised, oil/gas-separated shock architecture

Before You Install

  • Confirm model fitment for your Honda XL750 Transalp and model year before ordering
  • Set rebound adjustment and check sag after installation to suit your weight and typical luggage/passenger use

Serviceability/Lifecycle

  • Pressurised shocks are typically serviced with appropriate tools and processes to restore oil condition and gas charge
  • Service intervals depend on usage and conditions; inspect performance regularly if used in harsh environments
